Meditative 120-minute guided spa experience focused on sound, breath, and deep awareness to guide the mind into inner silence.
This ritual also begins with attunement, followed by gradual familiarization with the steam, and after the first sauna session, guests return to the relaxation area, where the sound therapist conducts the first half of the sound bath. As the highlight of the process, the sauna master invites guests on another calming journey into the steam, followed by a refreshing cold water shower if desired. Guests then return to the relaxation area for the second half of the sound bath.

Guests arrive 15 minutes before the session starts.
They change comfortably and prepare for the ritual.
Guests are welcomed into the relaxation lounge, where they enjoy our signature herbal tea and begin to slow down and disconnect from the outside world.
Guests are invited by our steam master for the first sauna session, called “Introduction to Steam.”
This gentle and accessible entry helps the body adapt to heat and steam, preparing it for deeper sensations later in the program.

After the first sauna round, guests return to the relaxation area.
Here they can enjoy a fresh juice or one of our signature drinks, allowing the body to rest, cool down and rebalance.
Guests enter the steam room for the second time — where the core of the experience begins.
This is a storytelling-driven, immersive ritual, designed as a theatrical performance.
This is not just steaming — it is a live sensory show, where the guest becomes part of the story.
After the second sauna session, guests may choose to experience cold procedures, enhancing circulation, contrast and overall awakening of the body.
Guests take a shower, finish their drinks, change clothes and return gently to a calm, grounded state.

What do I need to bring?
Your own swimwear, flip-flops are optional but recommended. Towels for sauna and shower are provided, cups are available, you can bring reusable bottles (no glass), and you can also purchase water, juices, electrolytes, and other drinks on-site.
Is this a private or public format?
We are a public complex, operating on a session based system with a limited number of guests.
Do I need any special preparation?
No, guests arrive for their booked session and follow the experience as it unfolds.
How can I attend SPARTISAN EXPERIENCE?
We sell tickets for specific sessions. Attendance is possible only with a pre-purchased ticket.
How many guests are in one session?
The maximum number of guests per session is 6 people.
Is it very hot inside?
We work with steam, not extreme temperature. The temperature inside the sauna is 60–70°C, which is considered the most comfortable range for the human body. This temperature does not burn the mucous membranes and allows guests to comfortably experience the entire session.
Is this a spa or a show?
It is a sensory performance within a spa environment. Guests do not receive standard treatments — they go through a scripted experience, where all elements work together as one story.
